Early College Program Information / Informacion de programas de Early College
The United ISD Early College programs in partnership with Laredo College offers a unique opportunity for students to seek an Associates Degree or up to 60 college hours of credit towards a Bachelor's Degree at no cost. / El distrito de United ISD en colaboración con Laredo College ofrece la oportunidad a los estudiantes de obtener un título de asociado o hasta 60 horas de crédito hacia una licenciatura.
Any United ISD 8th grade student interested is eligible to apply. Once the application process is complete including the required Parent Orientation “acknowledgement”, a blind lottery will be held for student selection. Further information will be provided after the lottery process. Please see the “How to apply” tab, for specific information. / Cualquier estudiante en octavo grado interesado en el programa es candidato para aplicar. Ya que la aplicación esté completa incluyendo reconocimiento del mandatario vídeo de orientación para padres de familia, una lotería será conducida para la selección de estudiantes. Process
1. Register / Registrarse
Click on the "Register" button, complete and submit the registration form. / Oprima en el botón "Registrarse", complete y envíe el formulario de registro.
2. Login
Upon registering, click on the login button located in the window of your registration. Note that your application is NOT final. You must log in and complete the information requested /Al registrarse, haga clic en el botón iniciar sesión ubicado en la ventana de su registro. Tenga en cuenta que su solicitud NO es definitiva. Debes iniciar sesión y completar la información solicitada.3. Start or Edit / Comenzar or Editar
Start/Edit your online application by clicking the Start/Edit button on My Dashboard tab. / Inicie su solicitud en línea oprimiendo en la sección Comenzar/Editar.
4. Save / Guardar
During the Call for Applications period, your application can be saved as DRAFT until all the required information is completed and Parent Orientation Video has been acknowledged by parent and student. As each section is complete, you will see a 
appear in the category tab when the application is saved. At any time, you can download and print your application by clicking on the 
icon in the Application Summary section. / Durante el periodo de Convocatoria de solicitudes, su solicitud se puede guardar como plan preliminar hasta que se complete toda la información requerida y confirmar el video de orientación para los padres y el estudiante. A medida que se complete cada sección, vera aparecer en tablero de categoría cuando se guarde la aplicación. En cualquier momento, puede descargar e imprimir su solicitud oprimiendo en el ícono en la sección Resumen de la solicitud.
5. Submit / Al finalizar, envíe su solicitud como FINAL
On completion, submit your Application as FINAL. Download and print a copy of your application for your records by clicking on the icon in the Application Summary section in the right column. Note: If an update is required prior to the Call for Applications period, you can make the update and resave as FINAL. / Al finalizar, envíe su solicitud como FINAL. Descargue e imprima una copia de su solicitud para sus registros oprimiendo en el ícono en la sección Resumen de la solicitud en la columna a la derecha. Nota: Si se requiere una actualización antes del período de Convocatoria de solicitudes, puede realizar la actualización y volver a guardar como FINAL.
